Booking allows Hosts to proactively set up a Threshow with an Artist. Perhaps you’re looking for a musician to perform for your partner’s 40th birthday, a chef to cook for your anniversary, or a subject matter expert to speak at your business. With booking, you can reach out directly to Artists rather than wait for them to reach out to you.

Once you become a Host, you can go to any Artist's "Book" section and request to book him/her for a particular date, time, and price. Note, this is an optional feature so some Artists may not have it activated.

Once you submit your request, the Artist will be able to accept or decline your request. The Artist will also be able to message you on Threshold about the details.

When you and the Artist agree on the details, you will have 24 hours to pay the total booking fee. Barring the Artist cancelling the event, this deposit is non-refundable. This allows the Artist to confidently purchase anything that might be required for the event– flights, lodging, etc. 

In the unlikely event anArtist cancels the Threshow, your full deposit will be immediately refunded.
